Contacts with a source
Every person in your database carries the channel that produced them, from the first ring to the final invoice.
Every call, form, and referral is tagged the moment it arrives and carried all the way to a booked job. No more guessing which half of your marketing budget is working.
Free during early access. No card, no trial countdown.
Where this month's work came from
Traced automatically back to the source that produced it.

Why contractors switch
Without exporting spreadsheets and stitching them together at the end of every month.
Without paying for forty features you will never open, from a platform built for someone else's business.
Without a training weekend, a certified consultant, or an onboarding fee.
What's inside
Every person in your database carries the channel that produced them, from the first ring to the final invoice.
Drag work from new lead to booked across stages you name yourself. Stage totals update as you go.
Book the work, assign the tech, see what's on the calendar this week and what's slipped past it.
Every call, email, note, and estimate on one scrollable history. Pick up a job you haven't touched in a month.
Gate codes, dog names, the reason they didn't buy last time. Written where the next person will actually find it.
Give every contact, deal, and job an owner, so nothing sits in a shared inbox waiting for somebody else to claim it.
Do you know which channel paid for itself last month?
Most CRMs lose the source the moment a lead becomes a customer. Pydak keeps it attached through every stage, so the revenue number at the end still points back to the ad, the profile, or the referral that started it.

How many estimates are sitting out there right now?
Five columns with real dollar totals at the top of each. Open it in the morning and you know exactly what's waiting on you before you've finished your coffee.

Can anyone on your team pick up a job cold?
Contact details, status, source, and a complete activity history in a single view. No hunting through old email threads or scraps of paper to remember what you quoted them.

Who it's for
If one of these is your job most days, Pydak was built for you.
Owner-operator
You still answer the phone some days. You're spending real money on Google and you can't tell anyone, including yourself, what it's returning.
Office manager
You take the calls, send the estimates, and chase the follow-ups. You need one screen that tells you who hasn't been called back.
Estimator / lead tech
You need the history before you knock on the door. What they were quoted when you booked the job, what they said no to, and where the gate code is.

Why this exists
I've spent twenty years running paid search and local marketing for businesses like yours. The pattern never changed: I'd get the phone ringing, and then the leads would either be missed, recorded by hand, or dropped into a CRM that had no idea where they came from. So nobody could prove what was working.
The tools that did track it were built for software companies with sales teams, or they were bloated all-in-one platforms that took a paid consultant to configure. Neither one fit a contractor with a truck and an office manager.
So I built the one I wanted.
— Tim, founder of Pydak
Early access
It works, but it's early. I'm looking for contractors who'll use it on real jobs and tell me what's missing. It's free while we're here, with no card and no clock running. When pricing does land, you'll be locked in at the launch price for as long as you keep your account.
Import your contacts, tag your sources, and watch a month of work sort itself out.
